Katharina and Urban Winkler have been running the brewery for 25 years with a great sense for the employees and the values that nature gives us.
Their son Vincent Winkler is now master brewer and works in the management.

Thirsty Ale
Togetherness is important to her and so she is also responsible for social matters in the company. When she has time, she spends it with her horses and her favorite thing to do is ride past an art exhibition, because she particularly likes them.

Vincent is our flavor specialist and was born into brewing. He has a weakness for chilli and if you have any questions about Scoville or need recommendations for varieties, ask Vincent. New Year's Eve is the ultimate for him because if he wasn't a brewer he would be a pyrotechnician.
