Here you can taste the passion of our master brewer Martin Pelikan, who has combined the best hops of the season with great sensitivity. Combined with long storage times and gentle filtration, the result is our delicious Weißenoher Pils. We fill the majority of this pilsner into barrels for our restaurateurs. This beer is mainly drunk “around our chimney”.
