A dark one, as it should be!
A strong but drinkable dark country beer whose traditional character is emphasized by its high original wort content of 12.6% (export beer!).
Brewed using only dark malt in an elaborate mashing process. Strong on the palate, suitably bitter and a pleasant roasted aroma.
Goes well with: goulash, shank, crusty roast, hearty snacks and hearty game dishes
