A high degree of fermentation and appropriate mashing as well as the Hersbruck hops result in a harmonious balance of malt aroma and fine hop bitterness with a pleasantly tangy finish. With fresh spring water, Franconian malt and hops from the “Hersbrucker Gebirge” growing region.
