Sud Monastery

Our Kloster Sud is a red-golden rarity brewed according to the Märzenbier tradition.

The so-called three-mash process, which is rarely used today, gives this beer its distinctive character. Selected malts and fine aromatic hops give the dark red Kloster brew a balanced malty sweetness, fruity acidity and a subtle tartness. Bottom-fermented and then matured for a long time, this beer is as much a special treat today as it was then.

Goes well with: hearty roasts, steaks, smoked meats and desserts.
