Bonator Doppelbock

Our Bonator Doppelbock is a strong, dark red beer specialty brewed according to monastic tradition.
This beer gets its distinctive baroque body from a traditional, elaborate boiling mash process. Noble malts, kilned at high temperatures, and fine Franconian aroma hops give Bonator its powerful, round and velvety taste. Bottom-fermented and then matured cold for a long time. A classic not just for Lent.
