Bonator Doppelbock

Our Bonator Doppelbock is a strong, reddish-dark beer speciality brewed according to monastic tradition.
A traditional, elaborate cooking mash process gives this beer its distinctive baroque body. Fine malts, kilned at higher temperatures, and fine Franconian aroma hops give the Bonator its powerful, round and velvety taste. Bottom-fermented and then matured for a long time and cold. A classic not only during Lent.
