Weißenoher Old Franconian

Our Altfränkisch is a red beer specialty brewed according to Franconian tradition. We still brew it today just like my ancestors always brewed the Weissenoher. The traditional, elaborate cooking mashing process gives this beer its distinctive character. Selected malts and fine aroma hops give the Old Franconian its full-bodied taste as well as a subtle tartness. Bottom-fermented and then matured for a long time, today as then the classic Franconian beer enjoyment for every moment.
